Welcome to the CSE recognition program. Recognising and celebrating success is an important part of our new CSE vision. So, the purpose of this site is simple – to enable you to nominate yourself, another associate or a team to be recognised for positively contributing to CSE.

Our vision statement ‘The Best of You’ aims to provide inspiration in recognising associates for the extraordinary efforts they make each day to help CSE become a diverse, winning team and a great place to work.

Using this site, you can submit one or more nominations for any of the nomination categories listed.

Nomination categories:

You are able to submit nominations in the following 6 categories and can nominate yourself, another associate or a team. Each nomination will be judged on merit, contribution and impact rather than scale (i.e. it does not need to have been the biggest product launch or volume driver to win a prize) so we encourage you to think as broadly and creatively as possible on who you decide to nominate and why. Your nomination should be based on any activity during the year 2014 and first semester 2015.

Category #1: Game Changer of the Year Award

This award is for any associate or team whose actions have positively impacted or changed the way we do things in CSE, impressing a new footprint in our path towards success.

Category #2: Epic Battle of the Year Award

Indeed 2014 and 2015 have proved to be intense years, full of extraordinary challenges. This is to recognize the courage, resilience and endurance which has driven an associate or team to a victory.

Category #3: Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award

Every day, our people do extraordinary things to support our business in CSE. This award will recognize an associate or team who went the extra mile to benefit an individual, a team or the business.

Category #4: Thinking Outside of the Box Award

Creative solutions to business problems require lateral thinkers who can think outside of the box. This award will recognize an associate or team whose out of the box thinking helped to achieve innovative business results.

Category #5: Ambassador of the Year Award

We love our brands, and we love our products. This award is for any associate who is recognized as a true ambassador of our Company, living our values and being authentic through words and actions.

Category #6: Lead to Win – People Leader of the Year Award

Getting the best out of every associate and build strong, exceptional teams are key to our vision. This award aims to recognize someone for their outstanding leadership skills and ability to unlock the potential of our people and teams.

Awards will also be given in the following categories, however, these categories will be measured using actual results and will not be open for nomination. Winners will be selected based on any activity for the full year 2014 and until Q3 2015.

  • Category #6: Exceeding BP Volume and Brand Contribution Award

The Rules

The rules of the recognition program are simple:

  • The CSE recognition program is open to CSE associates, Group employees and Corporate Reporters based in CSE. Unfortunately, Non-Employee workers are not eligible to participate
  • There will be 12 categories in which individual associates or teams will be selected for recognition
  • 6 of the categories will be open for associate nomination
  • 6 of the categories will be selected based on business results aligned with our strategic priorities / business plan (i.e. NARTD share growth)
  • For those categories open for associate nomination, all nominations must be submitted via this microsite
  • When nominating, an associate must state clearly their personal details (name, location etc.), the name of the person / team they are nominating, the category they are nominating them for and the reason for their nomination (please provide observable, unambiguous facts)
  • Nominations must be submitted by October 15th 2015
  • All nominations will be submitted to a selection committee to review and select a winner in each category
  • Members of the selection committee will not be eligible to nominate or to be selected for an individual recognition prize
  • The decision of the selection committee is final
  • Winners will be announced during the business unit leadership meeting (during November 2015)
  • All winners will receive a prize in recognition for their achievements
  • Nominations must be based on activity completed during 2014 or the first half of 2015
  • Additional files including presentations, video files or any other supporting document cannot be submitted as part of the nomination process
